Apple main force behind Light Peak standard

Posted on Monday, September 28 2009 @ 17:50:32 CEST by

Engadget reports Apple is the main force behind the creation of Light Peak, a new optical standard that promises transfer speeds of up to 10Gbps. The site also uncovered some details about the role Light Peak will play in Apple's future products.
