FUD Zilla writes Intel's 15nm process is expected to be ready by the end of 2013:
You get this date if you follow Intel tick-tock strategy and if you have in mind that in Q4 2009 Intel starts production of 32nm CPUs, two years later in Q4 2011 they should be ready with 22nm and two years after than in Q4 2013 they should be ready to start with 15nm.

Intel needs 22nm and 15 nano chips for system-on-a-chip market, handheld, consumer devices and of course many netbooks, notebooks, desktops and servers. On 15nm you should be able to have 2X transistor numbers than on 32nm with same or lower TDP.
