Zotac debuts shorter GeForce GTX 260 for SFF systems

Posted on Wednesday, September 30 2009 @ 18:32:04 CEST by Thomas De Maesschalck

Expreview has photos of a new GeForce GTX 260 graphics card from Zotac that is a couple of centimeters shorter than the reference models, this should come in handy for people looking to build a SFF rig for LANs or a HTPC. The card is clocked at 625MHz with 896MB GDDR3 memory clocked at 2200MHz, versus the standard clockspeeds of 576MHz and 1998MHz. Additionally, another change is that this card has just one 8-pin PCIe power connector.
