ATI announced its products have been certified by the Imaging Science Foundation (ISF). ISF is a world renowned display standards, calibration, and certification organization dedicated to improving the quality of electronic imaging. With an approved ISF logo, PC customers who purchase ATI products can be assured of having the best video image quality available on the market.

“ISF certification indicates the highest qualification attainable today for a high-end consumer electronics visual device manufacturer,” said Joel Silver, President and Founder of ISF. “ATI is demonstrating industry leading commitment to image quality for PCs by achieving the highest-bar of performance symbolized by the ISF logo.”

By choosing ATI products that have been certified by the industry-recognized ISF organization, system builders and original equipment manufacturers can provide the highest quality of PC video and graphics components required for Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005-based systems. ATI welcomes Microsoft’s action to enlist ISF to provide an industry recognized “gold seal of approval” on components of Media Center Edition 2005.

RADEON X800 series, RADEON X700 series and THEATER 550 PRO have all received recognition for unparalleled video performance through certification by ISF. Additional ATI products are already in the testing process for ISF logo certification. Future ATI products will also undergo ISF certification testing.
