The big search engine companies - including Google, Yahoo and MSN - have recently launched desktop search tools that allow you to search files on your own PC.
It's a new emerging niche in the search market and some people are wondering whether desktop search will soon become a profitable market. TechNewsWorld writes that it is likely that companies will soon start experimenting with advertisements in their tools.
