BenQ plans to ship 500,000 LCD TVs in 2005

BenQ aims to ship 500,000 LCD TVs this year, up from 300,000 last year.
The company will focus on displays larger than 27 inches, and will introduce a 46-inch model in February/March, and a 37-inch model in April.
