Samsung starts mass production of 3D TV panels

Samsung announced it's the first company to start mass production of panels for 3D TVs:

South Korea's Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. Tuesday (Jan. 26) claimed to be the first company to commence mass production of panels for 3-D LED TVs and 3-D LCD TVs.

Samsung (Seoul, South Korea) said it began producing LED and LCD compatible panels for 40-inch, 46-inch and 55-inch full-HD 3-D TVs this month.
