Scythe reveals new Slip Stream 120mm fans

Posted on Tuesday, April 06 2010 @ 22:16:46 CEST by Thomas De Maesschalck

Scythe introduced three new 120mm Slip Stream fans, you can find the full specifications over here.
    Slip Stream 120 PWM Adjustable
Slip Stream Adjustable PWM fan is the third new version of the PWM Slip Stream series. As needed, users can adjust the PWM bandwidth manually to control the fan speed by sliding the switch on a PCI bracket, so the fan is optimized for quiet operation or highest performance. PWM function is still maintained as the general feature. Speed of this fan variation is continuously adjustable between 470 (± 30%) to 1,340 rpm (± 10%) and 740 (± 25%) to 1,900 rpm (± 10%).

    Slip Stream 120 PWM & V.R.
Another Slip Stream fan is included in successful Slip Stream family. New Slip Stream PWM & V.R. 120 mm fan can work by using a PWM enabled motherboards, which are automatically controlled. Users can switch to mode V.R. (Variable Regulation) to manually control the fan speed by sliding the switch on a PCI bracket.

    Slip Stream 120 PWM
The popular Slip Stream Series will be expanded with a further variant of PWM fans. New Slip Stream PWM 120 mm fan can work by using a PWM enabled motherboards, which are automatically controlled. Fan speed range begins by 0 (+200rpm) goes up to 1,300 rpm (±10%) and air flow is up to 74,25 CFM = 126 m³/h produced.
