The PPC market: Google 35%, Yahoo 31.8% and MSN 16%

Posted on Thursday, March 17 2005 @ 19:53:28 CET by Thomas De Maesschalck

ComScore Networks published a report about the current state of the paid search market.

They found out that Google has the biggest slice of the paid search market with 35 percent. Yahoo with Overture, AltaVista and FAST own a total of 31.8 percent and MSN is now at 16 percent.

But you should take notice that MSN recently decided to dump Overture and start its own program - MSN adCentral.
