    Intel's 3.33GHz Xeon to cost $3,700

Posted on Monday, March 21 2005 @ 18:10:02 CET by Thomas De Maesschalck

Intel released some new roadmaps for its server processors.
These chips are intended for high end workstations and come with high end prices to match. Its premier processor is the $3,700 Xeon at 3.33GHz, which includes 1MB of level two cache, and 8MB of level three cache. The table below shows the specs of the other four chips in its MP stable.
Go to The Inquirer to read the full story regarding Intel's server processor roadmaps.
