Even though Intel's third-gen solid state disks are slated to arrive soon, the company silently started shipping a 120GB X25-M SSD. It can be found in Europe for around 210EUR.
The new drive (SSDSA2MH120G2K5), like its 80GB and 160GB siblings, has a 2.5-inch form factor, an Intel controller, 34nm MLC (multi-level cell) NAND Flash memory chips), a SATA 3.0 Gbps interface, and is capable of read and write speeds of 250 MB/s and 70 MB/s, respectively.
