Motorola announced its Xoom tablet will cost $600 for the WiFi-only model and $799 for the edition with WiFi and 3G.
The Android 3.0 tablet is equipped with a 10" touchscreen and offers a 1280 x 800 pixel resolution, NVIDIA's Tegra 2 SoC, 802.11n WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1, a 5MP digicam with 720p HD video recording and a webcam for video calling.
Motorola will start shipping the Xoom later this month, it will be available in the US through Verizon Wireless.
