The skin is remarkably robust and features the tiles we know and love, charms and even "desktop" support. Desktop support is actually a shortcut back to the standard iOS interface but switching between "Windows 8" and iOS is a fluid experience.
The UI runs on-top of dreamboard and the actual theme will set you back a $1.50; but that's a small bit of change if you are bored of the standard iOS experience.
