Engadget spreads word that the alpha version of Ubuntu 13.04 will be released on December 1st. Ubuntu 12.10 aka "Quantal Quetzal" will arrive on October 18th, and the next major release will be published in April 2013.
After touching the beta milestone on March 7th, the release is just a small stretch away from its proposed April 25th launch.
