WD reveals My Book Thunderbolt Duo with 8TB capacity

A while ago Western Digital revealed a My Book Thunderbolt Duo external hard disk with 6TB capacity, and now the arrival of 4TB HDDs enabled the company to create an 8TB edition of the My Book Thunderbolt Duo. This new model has a MSRP of $850, and it comes with a Thunderbolt cable.

On top of that, WD also updated its regular My Book with a 4TB version. This model is equipped with USB 3.0 support and is priced at $250.
