German tech site ComputerBase noticed you can now get NVIDIA's GeForce GTX 680 for less than 400EUR. The Palit GeForce GTX 680 model can be found for 399.80EUR, roughly 35EUR less than a week ago. GTX 680s from other brands are still above the 400EUR mark, with EVGA's reference-based GTX 680 being the least expensive alternative at around 420EUR. AMD's Radeon HD 7970 GHz Edition on the other hand now goes for 345EUR.
