Gigabyte rolls out the GA-C1007UN, a new mini-ITX motherboard with an integrated Intel Celeron 1007U dual-core 1.5GHz processor. This is a 22nm Ivy Bridge based chip with 2MB L3 cache and a 17W TDP.
The mainboard features the Intel NM70 chipset and features two DDR3 memory slots (max 16GB), one SATA 6Gbps port, two SATA 3Gbps ports, one eSATA 3Gbps port, two Gigabit Ethernet ports, 6-channel HD audio, six USB 2.0 ports and VGA plus HDMI display outputs.
Interestingly, the board seems to focus on legacy applications as it also has one PCI expansion slot, a RS232 serial port, a header to connect a parallel port, and a PS/2 mouse port.
