XFX Radeon R9 280 Double Dissipation revealed

XFX presents the R9 280 Double Dissipation series. These cards are equipped with the Double Dissipation cooling solution, there's a standard model with the reference clockspeeds (827MHz core, 933MHz Boost, 5000MHz memory, and a Black Edition with a 1000MHz core, no boost and 5200MHz memory.
