Sources in the Taiwanese supply chain confided to DigiTimes that AMD plans to roll out its Godavari APUs towards the end of May. Named after the second longest river in India, Godavari is a refresh platform based on Kaveri with some minor clockspeed enhancements here and there.
AMD will launch Godavari series APUs at the end of May to compete with Intel's Broadwell and Skylake platforms, according to Taiwan-based supply chain makers.
