Windows 10 free upgrade will let you do clean installs

In response to a question on Twitter, Microsoft's Gabriel Aul confirmed that once your free upgrade to Windows 10 is activated, it remains activated on the same device. Once you upgrade to Windows 10 with the free upgrade offer, you will be able to do clean reinstalls of Windows 10 on the same device any time without needing to enter your serial key. What remains a bit unclear is whether you'll be able to transfer the free Windows 10 license to a new PC in the future.
