There were whispers that ASRock entered the video card market to profit from the cryptocurrency mining boom, but it seems the firm is sticking with this product category as new products are on the way. VideoCards got its hands on photos of the ASRock Radeon RX 590 Phantom Gaming X OC, this will mark the first "on time" release from the company.
Overall, there's not much special here. This Radeon RX 590 card uses the same design as ASRock's Radeon RX 580 PG, but with a different color scheme. The card features the 12nm Polaris 30 XT GPU and uses a single 8-pin PCIe power connector.
You can expect AMD's launch on November 15. VideoCardz claims pricing will be in-line with the launch pricing of the Radeon RX 480/580 series.
