Citing Twitter posts from Greymon55 and a video from RedGamingTech, VideoCardz provides an update about what to expect from NVIDIA in 2022. To make a long story short, it looks like a refresh of Ampere is in the cards for an early 2022 announcement. This will be the RTX 30 SUPER series, which is believed to feature a new RTX 3090 SUPER flagship as well as configurations based on the brand new GA103 GPU:
NVIDIA RTX 30 SUPER refresh is now rumored to include GA103 GPU, a completely new Ampere processor that would give NVIDIA more options with configurations, especially for the mobile market. It may find its way to desktop series as well, but this has not been mentioned in any leak so far. The rumored RTX 3090 SUPER is more than likely to use GA102 GPU still, just with more cores and higher performance through optimizations.
Additionally, there's some speculation that the RTX 40 "Lovelace" series may be launched around October 2022.
