    Today NGOHQ had the chance to present some questions to Van Can TRAN from Arctic Cooling, but before they get to that they would like to present some information about Arctic Cooling as a company..
    Arctic Cooling is a private owned company founded in 2001 with headquarters in Switzerland, offices in Hong Kong and with production facilities in Asia.
