    GD Hardware takes a look at the newest processors from Intel:

    What we’re seeing today are more home and enthusiast users using their PCs to accomplish multiple tasks at once – this means Dual Core CPUs make sense more than ever. Each CPU – depending on the OS and particular application – will be assigned certain parts of the operations you’re carrying out on the computer. While this doesn’t really apply to gaming yet; it soon will. We know Intel’s developer relations team is hard at work making sure developers can harness the added processing power dual core designs provide. In fact, we’ve already seen games in-action at Intel’s E3 booth and back at IDF which use multiple threads..
