CNET has taken a look at the new MSN Toolbar with desktop search and tabbed browsing functionality for Internet Explorer 6:

If you can't wait a year for the metadata desktop file searches promised in Microsoft Longhorn OS or six months for the tabbed browser feature rumored in the upcoming Microsoft Internet Explorer 7, then download MSN Search Toolbar with Windows Desktop Search today. Although the MSN group is technically unrelated to the OS and productivity groups at Microsoft, the new MSN Toolbar gives Windows 2000 SP3 or later and Windows XP users the look and feel of a sleek new operating system, à la Apple Mac Tiger. Unfortunately, if you want only one feature (for example, just the MSN search toolbar or the IE tabbed browser), you're out of luck; the suite packages them together.
