The Shuttle XPC SN25P uses NVIDIA's latest nForce 4 chipset for the Athlon64 that promises full PCI Express support. It is also the first AMD system from Shuttle to use one of its newer chassis, the P series, which we have found to deliver excellent cooling performance while keeping the low noise profile suited for the living room (or anywhere else for that matter), and at the same time have the expansion and upgrade options lacking in the Mac mini and its likes.
