With Samsung generally being known to produce better panels than AU Optronics, we were quite optimistic on the quality and performance of the 730BF. Samsung themselves are a little tight lipped and even a little confusing about the monitor's inner workings (the Australian site mentions that the 730BF employ a PVA panel), but we found out that the 730BF is made up of a standard TN panel with RTA technology to achieve the 4ms GTG timing.
