The Toshiba Gigabeat G21 (MEG201) will still be the thinnest 20GB MP3 Player as the G20 was. The G21 has a couple of interesting improvements over the G20. The G21 features now 28 equalizer settings compared to 4 on the G20. The new Toshiba Audio Application Ver. 3.0 software features a automatic folder synchronization between player and PC. Additionally the MEG201WL is LAN addressable, meaning it can be just plugged into the network without connecting it to a PC directly and more than one PC can access the player's hard-drive using it as a 20GB shared drive. The Toshiba G21 comes in Cosmo Black and Silver. The price in Japan will be around 47,000yen.
