    Creative X-Fi Fatal1ty XPS Review

Posted on Monday, October 31 2005 @ 19:12:59 CET by LSDsmurf

On the test bench today we have Creative's new soundcard, the X-Fi. We're reviewing the Fatal1ty version, which comes with 64MB of on-board RAM and a funky drive bay attachment. How does the X-Fi measure up against the Audigy and against onboard sound solutions? We run the gameplay tests, the electrical tests, and stack it up against several thousand pounds worth of HiFi equipment to find out.

Quote "As we have seen, the performance of the Sound Blaster X-Fi Fatal1ty FPS is top notch. It is feature-rich and is a genuine step forward in PC audio - if you are in the market for a top quality soundcard that excels in all areas, then the X-Fi Fatal1ty FPS comes highly recommended. "
