    Foxconn 761GXK8MC-KRS Review

Posted on Wednesday, December 28 2005 @ 12:31:37 CET by LSDsmurf

This is a Micro ATX Socket 939 motherboard based on the latest SiS 761GX integrated video chipset with PCI Express support.

We last saw Foxconn in our review of their nForce 430/GeForce 6150 based 6150K8MA-8EKRS. That Micro ATX board would be considered to be high end for integrated offerings with the most powerful integrated chipset on the market. Today we look at another integrated video motherboard from Foxconn, but this time it is powered by a SiS chipset. This M761GX is the latest integrated chipset from SIS, and provides PCI Express, Mirage graphics, SATA II, HD Audio, Gigabit Ethernet, and USB 2.0 functions. While not as feature rich as Nvidia's offering it still brings a lot to the table.
