Sony packed everything in a very small box. I was surprised when the tiny package arrived from Amazon. The unit is a subnotebook measuring just 10.7 x 7.7 x 0.75 inches. There's an integrated DVD reader/writer. Weight with included battery is about 2.7 pounds. A very attractive carbon-fiber case makes it rugged while keeping the weight down.
