Cooler Master Susurro Low-Profile Heatsink Fan Review

Posted on Thursday, March 02 2006 @ 13:02:45 CET by LSDsmurf

The new Cooler Master Susurro heatsink fan is designed to provide near silent operation for AMD dual core and Opteron processors in low-profile systems. The Susurro (whisper) features a copper heatsink and incorporates a unique open frame fan, which allows the cooler to draw air in from the sides as well as the top. The fan speed is controlled by a temperature probe imbedded down inside the heatsink fins to insure the quietest possible operation under various CPU loads.
