    Olympus E-330 Review

Posted on Wednesday, March 08 2006 @ 00:22:55 CET by LSDsmurf

It was said that it is impossible to integrate continuous live preview to DSLR cameras in the same way as point and shoot compacts and prosumer class cameras due to technical difficulties in optics and image sensors. This statement however, has just come to past because as of February 2006, Olympus has proven live preview can be achieved with its new 7.5-megapixel DSLR camera, the E-330. Unlike its predecessor, the E-330 uses a brand new low power MOS image sensor that is capable of producing image quality comparable to conventional, more power hungry FFT-CCD sensors. This means more shots per battery charge and less runs to a power socket for recharging..
