    Lord of the Rings: The Battle for Middle Earth II Review

    It happens only on very rare occasions, once in a blue moon you might say, but when it does, there is a cause for celebration. When was the last time you saw a sequel that was better than the original? Thanks to Electronic Arts, Lord of the Rings: The Battle for Middle Earth II has overcome the challenges faced by its predecessor and grown into its own realm of excellence. It may have simply taken two versions of this real-time strategy title to encompass the incredible detail and classic fantasy found in Tolkien's Lord of the Rings trilogy.
