DFI LANParty UT CFX3200-DR RD580 board Review

Posted on Friday, April 21 2006 @ 20:55:16 CEST by LSDsmurf

Back in March, ATI announced its RD580 chipset, dubbed CrossFire Xpress 3200. Today, we have a look at DFI's LANParty UT CFX3200-DR motherboard. Does this board tick all the right boxes on the application form for the ultimate enthusiast-orientated CrossFire motherboard? We have the answers for you...

"The board is solid, well built, reasonably stable and is pretty overclockable too. The BIOS is great and is a tweaker's heaven. We feel that it needs to mature a little to allow for more overclocking headroom. You should start to see more of this board's potential ooze out in the bucket load as more BIOS revisions come out."
