Space Rangers 2 PC Game Review

Posted on Saturday, July 08 2006 @ 01:12:58 CEST by LSDsmurf

With as wide and varied a gameplay system, you would really think that Space Rangers 2 would have it in to properly teach players just what to do. Unfortunately, with the official mission line ending right after your basic training, it feels like you’re being let loose into the world with absolutely no idea what the hell to do anymore. While there is indeed much to do – government contracts, smuggling, being a pirate, or fighting them off, the game is just too broad to let new players get in on the ground level. So, without a few good hours of forced grinding first, many players will simply find this title too hard, which is unfortunate, because with better graphics and a better mission scheme, this would be a damn classic.
