The spec sheet gives a small description of two key features that Plextor provides with 760A; those being AUTOSTRATEGY and PoweRec. Simply put, these two technologies work together to ensure that the blank media you supply is burned at its maximum speed with the fewest errors. A very welcome technology for anyone who has a good amount of experience with burners in general since experience has shown me that some burners simply don't like certain media. This technology aims to allow burning on ALL media.
