    Gigabyte 965P-DQ6 Review

Posted on Monday, July 31 2006 @ 17:26:06 CEST by LSDsmurf

So there you have it, mixed results from the 965P-DQ6 and regardless of what you find, I can assure you with the current BIOS revision producing a decent overclock will not come easy. Hopefully, Gigabyte can improve on this situation in their next BIOS update. For now I have tested very few P965 motherboards so I cannot be sure where the overclocking limitation is. If I were to purchase a motherboard based on its overclocking abilities, something featuring the Intel 975X chipset would be my first preference.
