Western Digital updates its external storage line with the My Book external hard drive, available in two versions: Essential (80, 120, 160, 250, 320, 400, and 500GB) and Premium (160, 250, 320, 400, and 500GB). With the Premium version, you get backup software, diagnostic utilities, Google Desktop tools, and a graphical capacity gauge, plus a slick drive management feature that powers down the drive when the host PC is turned off.
