Most of us who know enough about Computers to build one must have had one of these requests thrown at us one time or another. I've had a friend recently who asked me to build him a PC with a mid-range budget. Mostly used for gaming, he has a rather tight budget of about USD$750/SGD$1200. That leaves me with about USD$130/SGD$200 for the Graphics Card, the first obstacle I should tackle since this was going to be gamed on quite a lot.
