Etymotic is very good at making devices with high-end audio qualities. They use an in-ear design to limit the interference of outside noise in the audio you hear. Is it the "highest noise isolation"? Well I don't have a way of measuring that (so I can't confirm or refute the claim), but, empirically speaking, the audio quality is definitely very high. The bottom line is that the headset sounds very good. About the mic? Well it may or may not have the "highest noise rejection" but other physical issues kept me from getting the best possible sound fromt he mic. More about that in a moment.
