Extreme Gamer Sub Zero CPU Cooler Review

Posted on Monday, July 12 2004 @ 23:02:05 CEST by LSDsmurf

The XG cooler has a very nice look to it. Its blue aluminum casing along with its clear blue fan makes for a very good looking combination. The benchmarks show that it considerably lowers your CPU temperature in both idle and load conditions. Installation is a pain because of the side mounted fan interfering with one of the clips. The fact that the fan is side mounted and that the heatsink comes preinstalled with heat transfer paste can be good or bad, depending on your situation.
