Included with this product are a number of cables, an amp, and the headphones. These are not your standard headphones since they offer 5.1 Channel audio. They have 8 speakers; 2 fronts, 2 rears, 2 centers, and 2 subs. One very cool feature is the inline control that enables quick adjusts to the front, rear, center, and sub speakers.
