We’ve also had serious problems with Dell’s technical support in the past. The XPS is touted as a premium label with premium support. We don’t always get that level of performance, and we’re very interested to see what we get this time around. Finally, the M1710 is billed as “usher(ing) in a new era of mobile gaming.” Along with our brutal torture test, we’ll run our usual gauntlet of high-end games to see if the M1710 lives up to this impressive billing.
