    SilverStone Strider ST85F 850W Review

Posted on Monday, March 05 2007 @ 12:26:07 CET by Thomas De Maesschalck

SilverStone lists important specifications on the side of the box. Here we can see that the paint wont kill you if you eat it when it flakes off. There is a minimum noise level rating, but no maximum noise level rating. At least we're guaranteed that the power supply will AT LEAST be 20dBA. The power supply is 180MM deep, which makes it deeper than most lower power unit, but a decent size for an 850W with a modular interface. We have our useless MTBF at 25°C and we're told that operating temperature is 0 to 40°C. Wow! Only 40°C?
