Kingston Hyper-X KHX3200ULK2/1G Ultra LL Memory Kit Review

Posted on Monday, August 09 2004 @ 18:02:43 CEST by LSDsmurf

The Kingston Hyper-X KHX3200ULK2/1G Ultra Low Latency Memory Kit contains a combined capacity of 1GB of memory in the form of two 512MB modules. Designed with an operating frequency of 200MHz DDR, the Kingston Hyper-X KHX3200ULK2/1G Ultra Low Latency modules are best paired with an AMD Athlon XP/A64 platform in order to take advantage of the enhanced latency. Compared to standard PC3200 modules rated at 2-3-3-3-6, the Kingston Hyper-X KHX3200ULK2/1G Ultra Low Latency modules come with timings of 2-2-2-5 with an operating voltage of 2.7V. The five digit number represents the CAS Latency, RAS-to-CAS Delay, RAS Precharge Act-to-Precharge Delay and Command Rate values respectively.
