Counter-Strike Source video card performance comparison Review

Posted on Monday, August 23 2004 @ 21:23:12 CEST by LSDsmurf

As Counter-Strike Source has been opened up to CZ buyers servers are filling up all over the world. We first showed a brief glimpse at Counter-Strike Source performance on a laptop with our own custom demo. Well since then Valve has patched CS Source and added a video stress test. Meanwhile we have gotten our test system up and running, and added benchmarks from 7 video cards based on Nvidia and ATI cores. Not only have we used the built in video test from Valve, but we have also created a more intensive demo that will be representative of actual play. With 15 Counter-Strike tournaments under our belts you won't find another review site that knows that better.
