Today I have the pleasure of reviewing the Edifier S5.1 speaker system. Edifier has been making speakers in Beijing, China since 1996 and its worldwide headquarters are now located in Vancouver, Canada. They boast 1800 employees and to have shipped 3 million speaker systems in 2002. Those numbers sound impressive but the fact is you will be hard pressed to find any retailers that sell these speakers in the US as they are currently only just beginning to enter this market.Lookingonline I did not find many reviews of any Edifier products, and only one complete review of the S5.1 system I will be covering.
