SilenX Thermistor Controlled Quiet Fans Review

Posted on Saturday, December 27 2003 @ 15:40:30 CET by LSDsmurf

So following this silent trend, we will be taking a closer look at one of the new products from the SilenX Corporation. They have kindly sent us some of their new 80mm thermistor fans for us to evaluate. These fans are advertised as quiet (less than 15dB), durable, and they have a new temperature probe that will allow them to automatically raise or lower the RPM depending on your case temps. So read on and let’s see if these fans further the quest for quiet/ effective PC cooling.
