The Arctic Cooling Accelero S2 is a passive cooler for low cost and mid price video cards. On such cards you will usually find low cost fans which are loud and offer mediocre cooling at most. By installing the Arctic Cooling Accelero S2 you will get a noiseless video card and - in most cases - better cooling results.
